The present study was carried to observe the production performance of Vietnamese koi (Anabas testudineus) in dewatering canal at BAPARD in Kotalipara Upazilla under Gopalgonj district Bangladesh from October to December 2019. The fingerlings of 3.8±0.04 cm and 0.5±0.01gm were stocked with three treatments (T1, T2 and T3) each with two replications. The stocking densities were 1000 in T1, 1200 in T2 and 1400 fingerlings/dec in T3, respectively. Supplemental feeds (30% protein) were applied for the fish. SGR (%) value (5.24±0.07) was recorded in T1 and the lowest (5.08±0.23) in T3. The survival rates were 64.73±1.5, 54.12±1.7 and 50.50±1.84 for T1, T2 and T3 respectively. The FCR was 1.50±0.67, 1.60±0.14 and 1.78±1.15 in T1, T2 and T3 respectively. The highest production was 36.05±2.25 kg/dec in T1, followed by T2 (34.35±2.75 kg/dec) and T3 (34.28±3.65/dec) respectively. The highest benefit or net return for T1 Tk. 1624.50 /dec and BCR of 1.43 followed by Tk. 1124.50/dec and BCR value of 1.28 in T2 and Tk. 452.00/dec and BCR value of 1.10 in T3.
